73. Dairy Food Back On!

My doctor told me I shouldn’t eliminate dairy food, as I could be missing out on lots of vitamins and minerals. So I’m going to go back to eggs and goats milk cheese and just eat them in moderation.

In my food tolerance test, it said I shouldn’t have cow products, so that does not cover all dairy foods. Now I have to find a manufacturer of goats milk ice cream! Can’t buy an ice cream maker – my freezer is too small. Anyway, I’d become obsessed with making ice cream, which is NOT what we want!
