I told you about Hoodia Gordonii, the African appetite suppressant plant that you buy as pills. But they are quite expensive and can cause bloating. Other chemical pills that claim to do the same thing could have unknown long term side effects, and are also expensive.
But you can create the same effect - (without the bloating!) with just a bit of light exercise every day.
All you need is a bit of discipline and you can suppress your appetite substantially enough to eat up to a third less.
You need to walk as briskly as possible for 20 minutes three times a day. On the third day (or whenever it is comfortable to do so) you tighten your stomach whilst you walk - not immensely, just mildly. This all depends on your level of fitness, but it should never be painful.
You then stretch for another 20 minutes as soon as you finish each walk. A ten minute low impact arms and legs routine followed by ten minutes of abdominal crunches - NOT sit-ups. Again - only doing what you are comfortable with.
Never attempt the exercises without the 20 minute walk. You need the warm-up to limber up the muscles, and make stretching a lot easier.
It's better to do exercises that feel too easy, than too hard. It's the regularity that is important. If you do these ab exercises three times a day, you will naturally feel full quicker, after a meal.
I often do this routine when I start to feel hungry too often and on the very first day, the only carbs I need are fruit! It's THAT effective! I did it today in fact - check out what I ate today - and I feel great. Actually if I were disciplined enough to do this every day, I'd have a six pack stomach in no time!
If you work fulltime, you may only be able to manage twice a day - before and after work, but you could always go for a ten minute walk in your lunch break - best to do this before you eat though. Never exercise on a full stomach.
This routine will also provide many other health benefits, such as improved sleep for starters. Give it a go!
